How many languages is it possible to browse in?

For an enhanced user experience, you can now browse in English, Malay and Arabic, while we are constantly working on providing more language options.

How can I view the prices in my familiar currency?

We’re now displaying all prices in multiple currencies to make shopping easier for our customers. Please keep in mind, for banking reasons; all transactions will eventually be conducted in US Dollars (USD) only.

How can I exchange or return an item purchased online?

We have an extremely easy and convenient return policy. Feel free to return the product straight to us in case you don’t like it for any reason. You have 7 days after receiving the package to initiate the return procedure. In such a case, you have the option to request a refund or we can also credit the amount in your account for future use.

Where is my order?

When your order leaves our warehouses, we will e-mail you a tracking number and courier company name. The package can always be tracked on the website of our logistics partner.

Are the items included in the shopping basket reserved automatically?

No, including an item in the shopping basket does not reserve it or guarantee its availability. Some much-in-demand items may go out of stock before you confirm your purchase despite being available when you added them to your shopping basket.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Kashkha has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

As per our experience, customs duties are not charged in most countries in case of Standard Delivery.
